Focus Prégardien
Each season, our focus series places a special artist central. Tenor Christoph Prégardien captured our hearts a long time ago and he will be appearing in various guises throughout the season. You can hear him as a lieder singer with his son Julian Prégardien and with the male chorus Camerata Musica Limburg, and you can see him as an inspired teacher in public master-classes. In the ‘St. John Passion’ he exchanges the role of the Evangelist for the conductor’s baton. An extensive interview, lastly, provides the opportunity for you to get to know the person behind the artist better.
