Guided visits of the building

building deSingel

The deSingel building is a prominent architectural achievement by the architect Léon Stynen (1899-1990). In 2001 conversion work was carried out on part of it, to a design by Stéphane Beel (°1955). The construction of a major extension starts in 2007 and provides additional amenities for the various users of the building. The design for this new addition is once again by Stéphane Beel.

The international arts campus deSingel is located in this building.
During your visit, you will get a firsthand impression of the architecture and functioning of the building, as well as of the activities of deSingel.
