An auditorium for the students
The Black Hall is the regular classroom for the drama students of the Conservatory. The public is present at the student examination performances (drama, vocal, jazz) and at small-scale productions for theatre or dance performances.
During the vacation, artists prepare productions here occasionally, which are later staged in the Red Hall auditorium.
Technical equipment
The Black Hall is a single-level auditorium (12 x 22 metres), 4.65 metres high, equipped with two retractable seating elements for 114 persons.
A catwalk/grid system under the ceiling, allows for placing spots and hanging backcloths. The room does not have a sound instalment. Mobile sound systems can be set up instead.
