theatre, dance, music and architecture

deSingel is an arts site for theatre, dance, music and architecture, meant for a broad art-loving audience. It is both a place for the contemporary, critical and interdisciplinary canon and for artistic creation, and new trends and insights. The large building provides space not only for presentation, but also for production and openness. As a contemporary and internationally-oriented arts campus we are also going all out for permanent arts education.

large-scale infrastructure

Our large-scale infrastructure comprises a medium-sized concert hall (966 seats), a large theatre for drama and dance (803 seats), an exhibition area, a music studio (150 seats) and a theatre studio (270 seats). You are also always welcome to use our well-stocked library and reading room (link). Drinks and a bite to eat are always available in our Grand Café.
